Staying here was fantastic! The spacious suites were perfect for our large family and the all-day coffee and hot chocolate were a hit. Plus, the shuttle to the Texas State Railroad made our Polar Express adventure so easy and enjoyable for everyone.
My children wanted a bigger play area outside.

We had a fantastic stay in Palestine! The hotel was spotless, and our room was super comfy. The highlight for our little ones was the Disney Jr channel on the TV, keeping them entertained while we relaxed with dad. Plus, the beds had full-size pillows and soft sheets, ensuring a cozy night's sleep.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available in the hotel shop.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express during a work trip and was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The beds were cozy, allowing for a restful night's sleep, and the shower was excellent with strong water pressure. What stood out the most was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of options, including freshly made pancakes and a selection of pastries. The pool was a great feature for the kids, but sadly it was closed during our stay. The cleanliness could use some attention, especially in the bathrooms. We really appreciated the ATM on-site when we needed cash, and the vending machine offered a decent variety of snacks. I enjoyed the large dirt lot next door for parking as it made things hassle-free. I was excited for a refreshing swim to lift our spirits, but that didn't happen. Too bad about the experience!
Felt quite safe, no complaints.

missingWrote a review on Sept 26festive decorations24-hour coffeedecor update
The festive decorations for the holidays create a joyful atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for a winter getaway. A 24-hour coffee station with excellent brews is a game-changer for anyone hitting the road early or working late.
The Wi-Fi connection had its moments of unreliability, making it challenging to get work done or stream videos smoothly. While the room was generally quiet, the absence of USB charging ports struck me as a missed opportunity in this tech-driven world. Plus, I noticed the decor could use a little updating to keep it fresh and appealing.

missingWrote a review on Sept 09friendly staffdelicious breakfast
Everything was so straightforward, I was welcomed by friendly faces, felt like I was at home. The breakfast spread was impressive, real bacon, like comer from a diner, not some sad microwave stuff, and they had a pancake machine too.
It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

The only downside was the minor wait time at breakfast during peak hours, but it was manageable.
